In the Born-Again spirit of every Christian indwells the awesome healthy qualities of the Triune God: love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.  But understanding how these qualities of the gracious God we serve engender good health is a revelation that many Christians often do not have!

In this 2-Part teaching, Dr Ruth expounds on the connection between the Fruit of the Spirit and your physical health. To better appreciate the Fruit of the Spirit, a basic teaching of the Ministry of the Holy Spirit is offered, hence part one focuses on the 5 Ws of the Holy Spirit: the When, What, Who ,Where, and Why of the Holy Spirit.

Part  two focuses on Galatians 5:22-23. In it, Dr Ruth teaches the connection between the Fruit of the Spirit and your health, elaborating on 10 Major Ways to activate the Fruit of the Spirit already indwelling you, thereby improving your overall health.
